Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 28/04/2024
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees
After the closing date please contact the event Organiser valeofyork@pcuk.org to make any changes
Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. If a refund is due this will be processed automatically. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Organiser valeofyork@pcuk.org

If anyone wishes to ride the Open Dressage Test or an Eventing Test in preparation for a future competition, please fill in details on the Entry Form please add in special requests. You may enter more than one class & Commanders are permitted for all classes if required
Dress
Dress Code for this competition only Either correct competition dress or on this occasion a Branch sweatshirt instead of a riding jacket with the usual beige, cream or white jodhpurs, Pony Club tie & gloves. Long hair should be secured appropriately. Ideally the pony / horse should be plaited
On site Facilities
Dogs must be on leads at all times and please clean up after them
