In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £3.00 (Booking fees are non refundable)

RULES & CONDITIONS
1. The decision of the Judges and Stewards is final.
2. No entry fees will be refunded unless the Show is cancelled, in this case, entries will be refunded minus £3 per class entered to cover administration fees.
3. All horses and ponies must be 5 years old and over. The judges reserve the right to disqualify any rider they consider to be ‘under- horsed’.
4. Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
5. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health & safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards. Current Covid-19 guidelines will be adhered to.
6. Objections must be written and handed to the Show Secretary within
15 minutes of the incident together with a deposit of £20. If the objection is sustained the £20 will be refunded.
7. All classes to be judged under the Pony Club Dressage Rule Book 2024 Copy of rules available from www.pcuk.org.
8. Correct riding attire and hat, which must comply with current Pony Club or British Dressage standards must be worn at all times when mounted.
9. The use of foul language will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate elimination.
10. All entries must be accompanied by the correct fee.
11. Commanders are permitted.
