Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes

Full refund up until withdrawal date, after withdrawal date refund only if replaced from the wait list.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

To qualify for membership prices, you must be a current member of Tyne and Wear Riding Club at the date of the event. Where you are entered as member but don’t hold a valid TRWC membership at the time of booking/date of the event we reserve to cancel your entry without refund.
Where you are not a member of TWRC must have valid public liability insurance.
