Refunds
Refund minus an admin fee of £5.00 up until Withdrawal date. After the Withdrawal date only refund if replaced from the wait list.
Event Cancelled by Organiser
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded minus an admin fee of £5.00 per horse and rider combination (Booking fees are non refundable)

Qualifiers
This event is a Qualifier for the Horse Events National Unaffiliated SEG & Young Horse Eventing Championships 2024 Incorporating:
* Amateur ONLY classes – Riders must meet eligibility criteria to ensure a true amateur class
* Open class for young horses – open to all levels of rider with horse 4, 5 or 6 years in their 1st or 2nd year of eventing.
* Schools Equestrian Games Eventing Championships – the Prestigious Schools Eventing series to find the Schools eventing champions.
Championships 21st -22nd September – Dauntsey Park, Wiltshire. 80, 90 & 100cm

Terms and Conditions
1.The event will be run under BE rules unless specified differently below.
2.The organisers reserve the right to split or combine classes.
3.Anyone mounted must wear a crash hat, no fixed peak cross country, to a minimum standard of pas015 2011, snell E2016.
4.Body Protectors are mandatory for cross country. Level 3 BETA 2018 (blue)
5.Current whip rules applies.
6.Medical armbands are recommended if you have specific medical information that staff need to know.
7.The use of a stopwatch is allowed on the cross country course.
8.No horse may compete in more than 1 class.
9.If a competitor is eliminated in the SJ phase they must go to the secretary for permission to continue to the XC phase.
3 refusals at any 1 fence or a total of 4 on the XC course will result in elimination. Riders must leave the course at a walk and avoid interference with other competitors on course.
10.Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
11.The judge’s decision is final.
12.CLASSES MAY RUN IN ANY ORDER.
13.PLEASE DO NOT SKIP OUT HORSE TRAILERS/BOXES ON THE SHOW GROUND.
Any complaints should be submitted in writing within 15 minutes of results being posted and a deposit of £25
