Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 25/06/2025
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Entry Fees (on-line) TRC Member £11 Non member £13 All entries are subject to a non-refundable booking fee which will be stated online on a per class basis
Prizes & Prize Giving
Rosettes to 6th place in all classes, Senior and Junior Sections – Juniors are 17 years old or younger on 1st January 2025. Please see website for membership details www.tickhillridingclub.org.
TRC members accrue points for the 2025 dressage league. Points awarded to the highest placing gained by the competitor across the event.
This is the second of four dressage events.
Additional Details
Closing date for entries midnight Wednesday proceeding the event. Dressage times will be published on Friday proceeding the event on the website: www.tickhillridingclub.org and on our Facebook page. All classes to be run under British Riding Club rules: https://www.bhs.org.uk/british-ridingclubs/brc-handbook/
* Test callers permitted – competitors must provide their own caller
* Riders must be dressed appropriately – see BRC Rules
* Test sheets will be available once the class has finished.
* If you would like your test sheet posting then please leave an SAE on the day of event

Hats must be to the minimum standard, with a harness properly adjusted and fastened.
