Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes

No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees
After the closing date please contact the event Organiser info@tickhillridingclub.org to make any changes

ONLINE ENTRIES ONLY Entry Fees TRC Members £6 per class (+ £2 event booking fee) Non-Members £8 per class (+ £2 event booking fee)
Entry Conditions
Closing date for entries midnight Wednesday proceeding the show date. Late entries will be considered within 24 hours of the closing date but are not guaranteed and will be subject to an additional £2 late entry charge, contact TRC via email or messenger. Class times will be published Friday evening preceding the show date on www.tickhillridingclub.org and on our Facebook page. Prizes & Prize Giving
Rosettes to 6th place for each class. Members will gain points to TRC annual awards ceremony to be held 01/03/2025
