No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Rosettes to 6th place. Christmas prizes for 1st and 2nd placings.
Late entries will be considered within 24 hours of the closing date but are not guaranteed and will be subject to an additional £2 late entry charge,
Terms and Conditions
TICKHILL RIDING CLUB RULES
• All entries are made on the basis that all individuals have read and will comply the club rules
• A valid passport and vaccination record must accompany the horse/pony to all events and be available for inspection
Horses must be vaccinated in accordance with BRC rules https://www.bhs.org.uk/british-riding-clubs/brc-handbook/
• Riders can complete from 4 years old.
• All ridden horses must be 4 years and over.
• Entry fees are only refundable prior to the withdrawal date (Wednesday prior to the show).
• Hats must be worn with harnesses properly adjusted and fastened: They MUST adhere to BRC standards
• Skull cap hats must be worn with a silk
• Body protectors encouraged but not mandatory
• Show jumping attire optional competitors can wear a Christmas jumper
• No Whips are not to exceed 75cm (30ins)
• Excessive us of whips or spurs will be challenged by the committee, using the opportunity to educate the individual
on correct horsemanship
• Any complaint must be lodged at the Secretary’s cabin with the payment of £10, which will be refunded should the objection not be sustained
• The decision of the judges or committee will be final
• The committee reserves the right to refuse an entry
• The committee reserve the right to refuse entry, amalgamate or cancel any class at their discretion and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the non-acceptance
• All dogs must be always kept on a lead
• All horses or ponies attending must have adequate insurance cover (at least third party)

neither TRC or BHS nor any agent, employee, or representative of these bodies will accept any liability for any accident,
loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land or any other person or property whatsoever,
whether caused by negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.
