Parking is limited at Duckhurst, so kindly park as close as possible and where directed. It may mean that you cannot tie up to the side of your vehicle, so that your fellow competitors can arrive and park. Please be considerate and we wish you all the best of luck.

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded minus an admin fee of £5.00 per horse and rider combination (Booking fees are non refundable)

RULES & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Rules
1. The judge’s decision is final.
2. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse an entry, restrict entries and make alterations to entries if they deem necessary.
3. If you enter as a team your round will automatically count as an individual too, there is no need to enter twice.
4. Class 1 maybe lead or assisted. Class 2 may be assisted only. No assistance in all other classes.
5. Hats must comply with current Pony Club safety standards and must be worn correctly fitted at all times when mounted. Please make sure you are aware of the new whip and stirrup rules.
6. Refunds will be given only on receipt of valid Veterinary or Doctor’s Certificate.
7. Absolutely no jewellery.
8. DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES. Please clean up after your dog.
9. In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control £5 per competitor will be withheld to cover costs.
10. If you would like to edit your horse or rider details before the closing date of the event please login to your Horse Events account and edit your booking under the ‘MY
BOOKING’ Tab.
11. For all substitutions after the closing date there will be a £5 charge. Please fill out the following form online at: https://www.horse-events.co.uk/rider-horse-substitutions-form/
12. Please clear all droppings/hay/litter from Duckhurst Farm. No mucking out of lorries/ trailers
