LandS reserve the right to retain £5.00 for administration costs unless the entry can be replaced. A waiting list will be kept for all classes which fill.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £10.00 (Booking fees are non refundable)

Cross country attire to be worn including body protector and bib.
There will be opportunities to walk the courses throughout the day. Course walk times will be shown when times are published
1. Hard hats must be worn at all times when mounted and no fixed peaks to be worn.It is the riders’ responsibility to ensure that hat’s and body protectors are up to the required standard as set out by British Eventing, Pony Club and British Riding Clubs.
2. Body Protectors must be worn.
3. Any horse/pony which is considered to be unsound, unfit or unhealthy or unsafe by a Judge or the Organiser will be excluded from the competition without refund of entry fee.
OBJECTIONS ~ Anyone wishing to make an objection must do so in writing within 30 minutes of the incident happening along with a £50 deposit. The deposit will be forfeited if the objection is not sustained.
You agree that the information you have provided in connection with your entry will be disclosed to British Eventing.
Should you receive an injury as the direct result of an accident occurring whilst you are participating in any event organised by an affiliated event organiser, any medical reports relating to your condition will be passed to British Eventing. Any medical reports passed to British Eventing will be held on your records and passed in confidence to the UK Transport Research Lab for the purposes of safety analyses.
The competitor confirms that they have appropriate third-party insurance cover in place for the day of the competition for which they are entering.
The competitor agrees to comply with all the relevant BE rules as detailed in the BE Rules and Members’ handbook, including those relating to vaccinations & BEFAR (BEF Anti-Doping Rules).
By Entering you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions and those relating to entries detailed in the Rules and Members’ Handbook and to give consent for the organiser to share contact details with British Eventing.
HEALTH & SAFETY ~ The organiser of this event has taken every reasonable precaution to ensure the health and safety of every person present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials and stewards connected with this event.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY ~ Save for death or injury by the negligence of the organiser of anyone for whom they are in law responsible, LandS Eventing, for themselves, their servants, agents, employees and all those connected with the Event do not accept liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury, illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, vehicles, their contents and accessories or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or statutory duty in any way whatsoever of themselves, their servants, agents, employees and all those connected with the event or otherwise.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any class, divide any class, alter advertised times or refuse an entry.
