No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel 50% of your entry fee will be refunded, minus any Booking fees. In such an instance the refund process will be communicated and must be followed.

• To be run in accordance with Pony Club Tetrathlon Rules 2023 • Late entries may be accepted at the organiser’s discretion. Late Entry Surcharge £5 • Queries may only be raised via the Secretary by the DC or their appointee. Protests / objections will be managed as per Rule 5. • Photographic Rights – competitors and their parents/guardians have given permission for any photographic and/or film or TV footage taken of persons or horses/ponies taking part in Pony Club events to be used and published in any media whatsoever for editorial purposes, press information or advertising by or on behalf of the Pony Club and/or Official Sponsors of the Pony Club. • Hoodies at the final will include competitors name list on the back, all names who entered by midnight on 12th March 2024 will be included. Please ensure you put the correct spelling for competitor’s name. Hoodies are pre order via beewear. Each Area can declare one Open Team, two Junior and two Minimus teams which have four competitors in, the team can be any mix of boys and girls. Declarations must be submitted in writing to the Secretary by the Area Tetrathlon Co–ordinator or designated person by midday on 21st March 2024.
LEGAL LIABILITY Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the Organisers of any event to which these rules apply, nor the Pony Club, nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.
HEALTH, SAFETY & WELFARE:
The Organisers of this Event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organisers and all the Officials and Stewards.
WITHDRAWAL
If a Branch or Centre withdraws a team or individual prior to the closing date for a competition, a full refund of entry and stabling fees will be made, less an administration charge. Withdrawals after the closing date for a competition will not be refunded.
ABANDONMENT
In the event of a competition being abandoned, for whatever reason, a refund of 50% of the entry fee will be given. In such an instance the refund process will be communicated and must be followed.
