Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 16/08/2024
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel 50% of your entry fee will be refunded, minus any Booking fees.

Times will be published by: 1800 hrs on Thursday 22 August 2024. Please print your number to go in your Number Bib from the link beside your times on the Pony Club page.www.ponyclubresults.co.uk
Rules
• To be run in accordance with The Pony Club Rulebooks 2024. • Please ensure your members comply with eligibility, hat tagging, body protector and medical armband rules and there is a responsible adult present. • Please wear your number bib and print your number from www.ponyclubresults.co.uk when times are issued. Bridle or saddle cloth numbers are also permitted. • Late Entries may be accepted if room with a late entry surcharge of £5. • Queries may only be raised via the Secretary by the DC/Centre Proprietor or their appointee. Protests/objections will be managed as per the Rulebook. • Photographic Rights – competitors and their parents/guardians have given permission for any photographic and/or film or TV footage taken of persons or horses/ponies taking part in Pony Club events to be used and published in any media whatsoever for editorial purposes, press information or advertising by or on behalf of the Pony Club and/or Official Sponsors of the Pony Club. • A valid passport and vaccination record must accompany the horse/pony to this event and must be available for inspection if required by event officials. Vaccinations must be in accordance with the Pony Club Vaccination Rule 2024. • All Dogs must be kept on leads at all time
Qualifiers
This event is a Qualifier for the Horse Events National Unaffiliated SEG & Young Horse Eventing Championships 2024 Incorporating:
* Amateur ONLY classes – Riders must meet eligibility criteria to ensure a true amateur class
* Open class for young horses – open to all levels of rider with horse 4, 5 or 6 years in their 1st or 2nd year of eventing.
* Schools Equestrian Games Eventing Championships – the Prestigious Schools Eventing series to find the Schools eventing champions.
Championships 21st -22nd September – Dauntsey Park, Wiltshire. 80, 90 & 100cm

Entries are only accepted on this basis.

The Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
