Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 26/12/2024
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £5.00 (Booking fees are non refundable)
After the closing date please contact the event Organiser cottesmore@pcuk.org to make any changes

COMPETITION FORMAT
The event will be run under the Pony Club Show Jumping Rules, 2023, which can be found on The Pony Club website.
Class 1 a&b OPTIMUM TIME
Class 2 TIMED OVERALL
Classes 3, 4,5,6&7 will be run as a single-phase competition; the second part of the course only is against the clock
Subject to any applicable Covid National legislation or venue regulations
TIMES and NUMBERS
Please supply your own numbers with your own Cross Country bib.
Times available from Horse Events website and on PC Results website from 27/12/2024.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
• The Event will be run under Spring Qualifier 2022 rule • Failure to comply with rules may result in elimination. • The Judges decision shall be final • The Pony Club Hat Rule is mandatory. ALL MOUNTED RIDERS MUST WEAR A HAT WITH A CURRENT PINK PC TAG • Entries will be received on a first come, first served basis. • Horses and ponies shall be over 4 years old. • The Organisers reserve the right to alter or cancel classes at any given time. • Rosettes, according to entries. • Objections must be submitted in writing with a £25 deposit, within 30 minutes of the completion of the class.
EQUINE INFLUENZA VACCINE COMPLIANCE

HEALTH AND SAFETY – The Organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organisers and all the Officials and Stewards.
