To be run under Pony Club Rules.

Hats to be fastened and worn at all times when mounted and to be tagged to the required PC standard for all Pony Club members. Wearing of any sort of jewellery is not recommended, and all necklaces and bracelets to be removed. Jackets and ties/stocks to be worn and hair below the collar must be secured appropriately.

The decision of the judges is final. Any objections should be made within 15 minutes of the class finishing, together with a deposit of £10. This will be forfeited if the objection is not upheld by the Judges.

Owners and riders entering their horse/ponies do so at their own risk. The Bramham Moor Hunt Pony Club Officers and Members and Northallerton Equestrian Centre as the Landowners will accept no liability of any kind in respect of any loss, damage or accident to horse, rider, spectator or any other persons or property whatsoever.

Health and Safety: The organisers of this event have taken every responsible precaution to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, members of the public and all competitors must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents and must comply with the organisers, officials and stewards

Reasonable Adjustment – The Pony Club is committed to ensuring that, wherever possible, members are able to access all aspects of the Branch activities on offer. Reasonable Adjustments are any actions that help to reduce the effect of a disability or difficulty. They are needed because some disabilities can make it harder for members to take part in activities than it would have been had the member not been disabled. A member does not necessarily have to be disabled (as defined by the Equality Act 2010) to be allowed an access arrangement. Reasonable adjustments are intended to increase access to tests, competitions and other activities and are intended to assist Members in demonstrating their attainment without affecting or circumventing any requirements. All Reasonable Adjustment Plans will be treated confidentially and only shared with permission from the member and their parent (if under 18yrs old).Reasonable adjustments can be used for Pony Club Tests, competitions and activities and should be approved in advance of the event taking place. These are changes made to an assessment or to the way an assessment is conducted that would reduce or remove disadvantage caused by a disability. This would not affect the reliability or validity of the outcome nor should it give the Member an assessment advantage over other Members doing similar activities. Where possible the reasonable adjustment should reflect a Member’s normal way of working. It is intended to give all Members a level playing field in which to demonstrate their skills, knowledge and understanding
