In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Arena XC lessons – with Jamie Atkinson, Pip Nixon and Etti Dale; groups for all ages and abilities. Children should be 8 years old and over and should be confident jumping 50cm off the lead rein. Lessons will start at 9.30am and will run until lunchtime. Trail hunting tune up – Follow your field master for a quick spin around neighbouring Toft Hall Farm with optional jumps and the chance to go up the gallops. Plus Lead Rein Ride for children. Groups will depart from Bog Hall farm as each Arena XC session finishes and will be all done by 1pm. Lunch at 1pm – enjoy a delicious autumn lunch cooked by the wonderful ladies of the Tynedale Hunt; lunch will take place in a barn at Bog Hall with tables and chairs and a Pay Bar. Gate Jumping Competition at 2pm – in the arena at Bog Hall, this promises to be a great spectacle with the gate starting at approx. 1m and set to reach 1.5m plus! Competition and inter-hunt rivalry will be fierce. Competitors who knock the fence down will be asked to remove an item of clothing!Winner will receive £200; £50 to the first combination who have not competed BE or BS in the last 3 years and £50 to the first Hunt Subscriber/Member.
Entry Costs:
Adults: Arena XC/Trail Hunt Tune up and Lunch = £45.00; Either Arena XC or Trail Hunt Tune up and Lunch = £35.00
Children (under 16): Arena XC/Trail Hunt Tune up and Lunch = £25.00; Either Arena XC or Trail Hunt Tune up and Lunch = £20.00
Lead Rein Ride for Children including Lunch = £15.00
Gate Jumping only: £25 per horse (or free entry to anyone doing the Arena XC schooling or Trail Hunt Tune Up), includes lunch
Adult Lunch Only: £17.50
Lunch only for Children under 16 = £10.00
Liability: Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
