About this Event
The Bedmax Lambourn Horse Show takes place at Park Farm, Upper Lambourn on September 1st 2024. It is run in aid of selected local charities and is a wonderful occasion where the community comes together for a family day of fun, competition, ponies, picnics and hopefully some sunshine!

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel 50% of your entry fee will be refunded, minus any Booking fees.

RULES OF THE LAMBOURN HORSE SHOW SUNDAY 1ST SEPT 2024
– THE ORGANISERS ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR INJURY INCURRED TO ANY COMPETITOR, SPECTATOR OR HORSE/PONY HOWEVER CAUSED.
– HARD HATS, HEELED SHOES/BOOTS & CORRECT ATTIRE MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHEN MOUNTED. BODY PROTECTORS RECOMMENDED FOR JUMPING.
– IN EVENT OF CANCELLATION, ENTRY FEES WILL BE REFUNDED LESS £5 TO COVER ADMIN COSTS.
– SHOWJUMPING IS TO BE JUDGED UNDER THE PONY CLUB RULES, ESPECIALLY WITH REGARDS TO PENALTIES. PLEASE SEE DETAILS:
– ALL JUMPING CLASSES ARE TO BE RUN BY TABLE A5 RULES – IF YOU HAVE A CLEAR ROUND ON THE FIRST PHASE, THEN YOU CARRY STRAIGHT ON TO THE JUMP OFF. UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED OR TOLD BY THE JUDGE.
– THE RIDERS AGE IS TAKEN FROM THE 1ST JANUARY 2024, FOR CLASSES WITH AGE RESTRICTIONS. – HORSES TO BE 4 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TAKEN FROM !st JANUARY 2024
– WE SUGGEST THAT YOU HAVE YOUR OWN INSURANCE & PLEASE NOTE, ENTERING THE SHOW IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
– DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON LEADS AT ALL TIMES ON THE SHOWGROUND AND IN THE CAR PARK.
– PLEASE BE AWARE THAT UNFORTUNATELY, SOME CLASSES MAY CLASH ON TIMING AND WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS IN THIS INSTANCE.
– LATE ENTRIES SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND LATE ENTRY FEE (£5) .
– BRITISH DRESSAGE RULES APPLY
– NO REFUNDS AFTER CLOSE OF ENTRY. 50% REFUND IF WITHDRAWAL IS BEFORE CLOSE OF ENTRIES.
– HORSES, CHILDREN AND DOGS NOT TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED.
– THE JUDGES DECISION IS FINAL, COMPLAINTS TO BE ACCOMPANIED BY A £20 DEPOSIT RETURNABLE IF THE OBJECTION IS SUSTAINED.
– PLEASE TAKE ALL OF YOUR LITTER AND DROPPINGS HOME. THE SHOW IS RUN IN HORSE PADDOCKS, SO THEREFORE ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS OR DEBRIS LEFT ON SITE.
