Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes

Withdrawal Date: 23/04/2024


Full refund up until withdrawal date. After the closing date no refunds will be made without a Doctors Certificate produced no later than 24 hours after the event. If produced after this no refunds will be given. Refunds where
due after the closing date are subject to an admin fee of £5. In the event of abandonment, 50% of
the entry fee will be refunded

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Mini Competition – Teams to consist of three Members. Junior Competition – Teams to consist of three Members. Ages to be 13 years and under on the 1st January of the competition year, with one Member to be 11 years or under on the 1st January 2024. £42 per team. Senior Competition – Teams to consist of three Members. Ages to be under 25 years on the 1st January of the competition year. One Member to be 16 years and under on the 1st January of the competition year. Of the remaining two Members, one may be between 21 and 24 on the 1st January 2024. £42 per team. Combined Teams – If a Branch/Centre is unable to raise a complete Team they may combine with another Branch/Centre within their Area. Members may only combine with permission of their DCs/Proprietors.

Timetable

As a guideline, if we receive similar numbers of entries this year to last year, we will run the Mini and Junior during the morning and the Seniors in the afternoon.

Prizes & Prize Giving

PRIZES AND PRIZE GIVING: Rosettes 1st – 6th teams will be presented, plus a best individual prize. After your class, please check the whiteboard for prize giving time, we will try to keep this updated through the day.

Volunteers

VOLUNTEERS: We are a small club and would be extremely grateful if each Team could please bring a volunteer aged 16+ who will be happy to be given a job to assist with the running of the event – something for all abilities, stewarding/writing/tea urn supervision! Please can the volunteer make themselves known to the organiser when you arrive. We are hugely grateful for your help in this way to help the event run smoothly.

Additional Details

REFRESHMENTS: Juice and Biscuits (please advise on entry if you have dietary requirements) will be provided to the Competitors and there will be a hot water urn for spectators to help themselves to tea/coffee.

Member changes/substitutions before the closing date can be made via email to  lauramoore1325@yahoo.com.
Member changes/substitutions after the closing date there is a £5 charge – email the change to lauramoore1325@yahoo.com and follow up with a phone call to 07811123600 (not before 8am or after 8pm please.)

Changes after closing date for substitutions may only be made as per Horsemansip Rule Book 2024
