Refund minus an admin fee of £1.50 up until Withdrawal date. After the Withdrawal date only refund if replaced from the wait list.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Only entries made online will be accepted; entries will close on Monday 24th March 2025. There will be no refunds after the close of entries without a vet’s or doctor’s certificate. Enter online at www.horse-events.co.uk
Entry fees:
Classes 1, 2 & 3 : £15 per rider per class (£13 for SWWHPC members)
Classes 4, 5 & 6 : £18 per rider per class (£16 for SWWHPC members)
No late entries or entries on the day

TEAM & INDIVIDUAL Open to any teams of 3 or 4 or individuals
Team Manager Access is available to view branch entries and assign teams online, if you have not used this before please request team manager access on the booking page
Members : if you want to be considered for a team please choose team and leave team name blank when you enter.
Classes 1 & 2 1st –6th Individuals

Class 6 1st – 6th Individuals
- Ages as at 1 January 2025
- The Judge’s decision will be final
- Lead reins not permitted.
- Grass or daisy reins not permitted, except in class 1
- Classes will be run under Pony Club SJ rules 2025
- Teams will jump en block
- Teams of 4 with best 3 scores to count
- No rider may ride more than one horse/pony in any one team
- All classes will be run as single phase with the second half of the course to be timed.
- Course Walks will take place at regular intervals throughout the day
- Class 1 & 2 the top 2 teams and top 3 individuals to qualify for Mini Champs
GENERAL RULES
- The decision of the judges shall be final and no objections shall be entertained.
- The organisers retain the right to disqualify any competitor for any cruelty or discourteousness.
- No horse or pony under the age of four may compete.
- Hard hats to current pony club standards must be worn with the chin strap fastened when mounted at all times.
- Body protectors if worn must be BETA 2018 Level 3 standard.
- All those wearing spurs must have passed their spurs test and wear the spurs hat tag or have passed their C+ Test.
- The lunging or riding of horses/ponies in bearing, check or balancing reins is not permitted.
- All dogs must be kept on leads.
- The organisers reserve the right to cancel and/or amend any of the classes as they feel fit or to alter advertised times or refuse entry without stating reason.
- Outside assistance will be penalised
