Refund before Withdrawal date in Full, After Withdrawal date refund minus an admin fee of £1.50
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

ENTRIES:
Only entries made online will be accepted; entries will close on Monday 14th April 2025. There will be no refunds after the close of entries without a vet or doctors certificate.
Entry Fee: £10 per rider per class to include first aid
All entries are subject to a non-refundable booking fee, which will be stated online on a per class basis
No late entries or entries on the day
Approximate start times will be available on Wednesday 16th April 2025 on our website at http://branches.pcuk.org/southwestwilts/

Terms and Conditions
RULES
- The decision of the judges shall be final and no objections shall be entertained.
- The organisers retain the right to disqualify any competitor for any cruelty or discourteousness.
- No horse or pony under the age of four may compete.
- Hard hats to current pony club standards must be worn with the chin strap fastened when mounted at all times.
- The lunging or riding of horses/ponies in bearing, check or balancing reins is not permitted.
- All dogs must be kept on leads.
- The organisers reserve the right to cancel and/or amend any of the classes as they feel fit or to alter advertised times or refuse entry without stating reason.
- All classes will be judged under Pony Club Rules 2025
- No Spurs to be worn
- All whips must be regulation baton whips

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
2. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
3. All non-Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party cover. The South & West Wilts Hunt Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non-Members and their insurance will not cover you.
