No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

This competition will form part of the Area 6 Triathlon League 2024/25
Terms and Conditions
- To be run under Pony Club Tetrathlon Rules 2024. Please note the carriage of guns. Shooters must be at least 8 years old. All swimmers must be able to swim one length without swim aids.
- Open to current Pony Club members only.
- Ages taken as on 1/1/24
- Clean footwear only in the Leisure Centres
- Each Branch/Centre to provide help on a ratio of one helper for one phase for every 5 entries. Please email your help to the organiser before close of entries. 1 – 5 entries one helper, 6 – 10 entries two helpers etc
- No photography in the shooting or swimming phases
- No refunds after October 27th
Legal Liability Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event nor The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety The organiser of this Event has taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials and stewards
