Show Jumping competition for individuals and teams. Single Phase for all classes Team managers to submit teams after the close of entries

This competition is part of the Area 6 Show Jumping League and points will be awarded accordingly

Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes

No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Entry information

 Teams of 3 or 4 competitors, best 3 scores to count.

 Team and individual rosettes to 6th place in each class.

 Entries via Horse Events. Team managers to confirm teams by email to the organiser. Late entries at the organiser’s discretion.

 Entry fees Classes 1, 2 & 3 £12

Classes 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10 £18

 Refreshments available.

 Paramedics in attendance

 Requests for reasonable adjustments to be made upon entry

 

Entry Conditions

 

1. The event will be run under the Pony Club Show Jumping Rules 2025.  This can be downloaded from www.pcuk.org or ordered from Amazon. Tack and dress must conform.

2. No outside assistance is allowed except in classes 1, 2, 3 & 4.

3. Entries will be limited and taken on a first come basis.

4. The organisers reserve the right to amend the times of classes or cancel classes according to entries. If by close of entries there are less than 4 teams in a class, the class will run as an individual competition only. If less than 6 individual entries the class will not run.

5. Hats must be pink tagged according to the 2024 PC hat standard.

6. Clear up droppings from around where you park and in the warm up. Do not feed hay on the outside of trailers/boxes. Horses left unattended must be secured inside their transport.

7. A maximum of 8 competitors will be allowed in the warm up

8. No refunds for withdrawals made after the closing date

Team information

If you are a team manager and need team manager permissions adding to your account please request an account upgrade to grant you access to view and manage your team entries.

PC Members : if you would like to be considered for a team when entering select TEAM and leave team name blank when you enter. your team manager will assign teams online at close of entry.

Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.

2. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.

3. This competition is open to Pony Club members only.

Photographic Rights – competitors and their parents/guardians have given permission for any photographic and/or film or TV footage taken of persons or horses/ponies taking part in Pony Club events to be used and published in any media whatsoever for editorial purposes, press information or advertising by or on behalf of The Pony Club and/or official sponsors of The Pony Club
