No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

MINI SECTION
Teams to comprise of three or four members aged 4 -10 years with one member 8 years or under.
Questions to be based on tests E, D and D+ (2023) and associated mini achievement badges
JUNIOR/SENIOR SECTION
Teams to comprise of three or four members, two members to be aged 13 years and under and one or two members any age between 11 and 24 years.
One member only may be of mini age
Questions will be based on tests C, C+ and B (2023) and associated achievement badges
Timing will depend on the number of teams entered but it is expected to start at 1pm. Times confirmed on January 17th 6pm
Rosettes to all competitors
Competitors will need to provide their own refreshments.
Clean footwear is essential.
This competition is intended to be a friendly competition encouraging members to participate
Please make sure there is only one contact per branch/centre named when entering.
In order to keep entry fees low and in the spirit of this type of competition each team is expected to provide one adult helper (see 7 in conditions of entry)
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. To be run under Pony Club Quiz Rules 2025.
2. All ages as on 1/1/25.
3. Competitors should wear their Centre/Branch sweatshirt with a sticky name badge with the team name and the name they prefer to be called on it. Clean footwear is essential. No riding hats or gloves are required but hair must be tidy.
4. The judges’ decision is final.
5. No refunds after January 15th
6. A section will only run if there are 6 or more teams entered.
7. All teams must provide one adult helper to staff the stations or mark the answers. No particular knowledge required as a mark scheme will be provided.

Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
2. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
