No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £5.00 (Booking fees are non refundable)

MINI CLASS
Teams to comprise of three members aged 10 years and under with one member 8 years or under.
Questions will be based on the Care section of the 2023 E, D and easier parts of the D+ tests and the relevant mini achievement badges.
JUNIOR CLASS
Teams to comprise of three members aged 13 years and under with one member 11 years or under.
Questions will be based on the Care section of the 2023 D+, C and easier parts of C+ tests and the relevant achievement badges.
SENIOR CLASS
Teams to comprise of three members aged 24 years and under with one member 16 years or under.
Questions will be based on the Care section of the 2023 C+, B and AH tests and the relevant advanced achievement badges
Timing will depend on the number of teams entered but it is expected to run between 1pm and 4.30pm.
Entries from individual PC members whose branch/centre cannot put out a team, will be taken (£15) and collated into mixed teams.

Competitors will need to provide their own refreshments.
Clean footwear is essential. Dress code is Branch/Centre sweatshirts with trousers/jodphurs, tidy hair. Hats and gloves are not to be worn.
Everyone waiting must be quiet while the competition is in progress
This competition is intended to be a friendly competition encouraging members to participate. Any member requiring additional support is most welcome.
1. To be run under Pony Club Horsemanship Rules 2024. All ages as on 1/1/24. One member in a team may enter a second class if eligible.
2. Competitors should wear their Centre/Branch sweatshirt with a sticky, first name badge and clean footwear. No riding hats or gloves are required but hair must be tidy.
3. The judges’ decision is final. Results will be live on PC Results.
4. No refunds after November 25th. No entry accepted without the fee.
6. A class will only run if there are 4 or more teams entered.
7. Members and their connections must be considerate towards the residents of Sutton Bonington especially with respect to parking and noise.
