In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. The event will be run under Pony Club Eventing Rules 2025 available to download from www.pcuk.org.
2. This competition requires annual equine flu boosters.
3. Entry fees will only be refunded for withdrawals made before the closing date.
4. If for any reason the competition is cancelled entry fees will be refunded less admin charges
5. Horses/ponies cannot compete more than once in each class or in more than two classes on the day.
6. PC members wishing to wear spurs must have a yellow hat tag or C+ or higher felt visible
7. Riders must dress as for XC
8. Hats must be tagged (pink) according to the 2024 PC/BRC/BE hat standard. Tags available on the day.
9. Body protectors must be 2018 BETA level 3
10. Clear up droppings from around where you park and in the warm up. Do not feed hay on the outside of trailers/boxes.
11. Horses left unattended must be secured inside their transport.
12. A maximum of 6 competitors will be allowed in the warm up
13. Non PC members must have their own insurance cover in place.
Health & Safety
Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
Legal Liability
Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Photographic Rights – competitors and their parents/guardians have given permission for any photographic and/or film or TV footage taken of persons or horses/ponies taking part in Pony Club events to be used and published in any media whatsoever for editorial purposes, press information or advertising by or on behalf of The Pony Club and/or official sponsors of The Pony Club
