Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 29/01/2025
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £5.00 (Booking fees are non refundable)

Entry information
Briefing Notes:
No dirty shoes or boots to be worn in either indoor sessions please. No outdoor shoes at pool side.
Public sessions will also be taking place, please be mindful of this within both centres and car parks.
The event is over 2 sites which are ordinarily about 5 minutes apart by carBring your own refreshments but do not eat them indoors at either Centre.
1. Note that dogs are not allowed at either site even in cars
2. Do not vape or smoke at either site
3. Keep children closely supervised at all times
4. Keep mud out of both centres
5. Bring any queries to us (Kat Stevens)
Competition Format
Shooting – Minor Sports Hall, Above the main sports hall, Toot Hill School, The Banks, Bingham, NG13 8BL
When not in use, guns must be stored in a secure place (i.e. locked in a vehicle luggage area, out of sight). Any breach of safety rules may result in disqualification.
Please ensure competitors are aware that footwear must not cover the ankle (ie, no boots/high top trainers) and anyone shooting at 7m must wear protective or prescription glasses.
Guns may only be carried by those over 18 years or under the supervision of a person over 21 years.
Guns must be brought to tables in their boxes and opened only on command of Range Conducting Officer. They must be boxed again on the instruction of the RCO before the competitor leaves the firing point.
Shooting will take place in the Minor sports hall, starting at 09:45, the Bean Bag throwing will take place in the same hall after the shoot, starting at xxxx
Please report to the steward 30 mins before your shoot detail to have your gun checked, please ensure your gun is flagged fully.
We may ask you to fit into an earlier detail if any competitor has been delayed or has had to withdraw. Your help in htis would be greatly appreciated.
Can Beanies please report 20 mins before your detail to the Minor hall.
Mobiles must be turned off when in the shoot hall and we kindly ask that all competitors and those accompaning keep noise to a minimum please.
Targets will be issued by the Shoot Steward (there will be no team manager envelopes) and you must remain in the designated detail/lane unless directed by an official.
Scored targets will be made available team managers – these are to be checked and signed for and any challenges raised to the steward before leaving the table.
No gas cylinders are to be brought to the event – please ensure guns are charged at home.
Running – Run Track:Toot Hill School, The Banks, Bingham NG138BL.
Competitors will be set off in numerical order at 1 minute intervals – the class start time is shown on the times
Please ensure you report to the run steward well ahead of time.
Self adhesive numbers will be provided at the run start.
Swimming – Bingham Arena – – Bingham, Mercia Court, Chapel Lane, Bingham NG13 8QX
We must keep the long sides of the pool clear for the lane walkers.
No buoyance aids are allowed in the swim phase and all swimmer must be competent to swim 25m unaided.
Swimmers may dive into or start in the pool, Dive certificates are not required.
Please be aware there is absolutely no photography allowed within the pool or changing room areas.
Time is tight, and we hope to gain some time in the swim phase so please ensure competitors are ready 10 mins prior to their warm up time and wait by the poolside to be called up.
Prizes & Prize Giving
Prizegiving – Jubilee Hall behind reception, Bingham Arena, Mercia Court, Chapel Lane, Bingham NG13 8QX

Beanie Teams to 3rd place and medals for best shoot, run and swim
This event will be run under Pony Club Tetrathlon rules 2024.
The prizegiving will follow the swim phase of each class
Results will be posted on this website.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
