Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 17/02/2025
Refund minus an admin fee of £3.00 up until Withdrawal date. After the Withdrawal date only refund if replaced from the wait list.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £3.00 (Booking fees are non refundable)

All classes will be judged in accordance with the Pony Club Tetrathlon Rule Book 2024
• Any complaints/queries to be made to official organisers by team managers only, with a £10.00 deposit within 10 minutes of the scores being published. The deposit will be refunded if complaint is upheld.
•The organisers reserve the right to alter or combine any classes without prior notice if they feel that this is necessary.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers, officials and stewards.
REASONABLE ADJUSTMENT
The Pony Club is committed to ensuring that, wherever possible, members are able to access all aspects of this competition. This includes any actions that help to reduce the effect of a disability or difficulty. Any requests for RA must be made no later then 1 February 2025 by emailing the organiser.
LEGAL LIABILITY
Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Photographic Rights- competitors and their guardians give permission for any photograhic and/or TV footage taken of persons or horse/ponies taking part in Pony Club events to be used and published in any media whatsoever for editorial purposes, press information or advertising by or on behalf of The Pony Club and/or official sponsors of the Pony Club.
