Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 18/02/2025
Refund before Withdrawal date in Full (minus any booking fees). After Withdrawal date only if a vet/medical certificate is sent to Horse Events by the date of the event.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees
After the closing date please contact the event Organiser pippa-williams@outlook.com to make any changes
Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. If a refund is due this will be processed automatically. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Organiser pippa-williams@outlook.com
Location
On site Facilities
Times will available on the 18th February on the Pony Club Results website.
Please print your own numbers and bring your own number bibs. Numbers will not be given out on the day.
PARKING – Please park as directed.
Please clear up after yourself and your horse.
No haynets to be tied to the outside of lorries/trailers.
No horses to be left tied up outside unattended.
PLEASE KEEP DOGS ON SHORT LEADS AT ALL TIMES.
PLEASE TAKE ALL LITTER HOME OR PUT IN BINS PROVIDED.
Catering and photographer onsite all day.

This event will be run under current Pony Club Rules throughout the day. Fully comprehensive rules are available on the main Pony Club website.
Liability: Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
• The competition will be run under x 2024/5 Rule Book. Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules.
