Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 24/03/2025
Refund before Withdrawal date in Full (minus any booking fees). After Withdrawal date only if a vet/medical certificate is sent to Horse Events by the date of the event.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Enter online at www.horse-events.co.uk – All entries are subject to a non-refundable booking fee which will be stated online on a per class basis. NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY.

WE WILL BE USING www.ponyclubresults.co.uk FOR SCORING, TIMES AND NUMBERS CAN BE PRINTED FROM HERE. ALL COMPETITORS WILL REQUIRE THEIR OWN NUMBER BIBS.

Prizes & Prize Giving
Prizes: Trophy (not challenge) in all classes and rosettes to 10th place. There will be a special rosette for the Best Soham and District Member in each Pony Club Class.

No Horse/Pony to go round more than twice. The Organiser reserves the right to: cancel any class, alter the advertised time, refuse entry without stating a reason and alter the course if necessary.
ELIMINATED RIDERS MUST LEAVE THE COURSE AND RETURN AT WALK. ON NO ACCOUNT MAY THEY CONTINUE. THIS EXCLUDES CLASSES 1,2,3 & 4 UNLESS CONSIDERED DANGEROUS
Neither the Soham and District Branch of the Pony Club, nor the Organising Committee of the Hunter Trial, nor any person acting on their behalf accept liability for any accidents, damage, injury to horses/ponies, owners, riders, grooms, ground spectators or any person or property whatsoever.
