Refunds
No Refunds after the withdrawal date unless a vets certificate emailed to organizer within 24 hours of the event. Before this date full refunds to be given.

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

WE WILL BE USING www.ponyclubresults.co.uk FOR SCORING, TIMES AND NUMBERS CAN BE PRINTED FROM HERE. ALL COMPETITORS WILL REQUIRE THEIR OWN NUMBER BIBS.
Qualifiers
This event is a Qualifier for the Horse Events National Unaffiliated SEG & Young Horse Eventing Championships 2024 Incorporating:
* Amateur ONLY classes – Riders must meet eligibility criteria to ensure a true amateur class
* Open class for young horses – open to all levels of rider with horse 4, 5 or 6 years in their 1st or 2nd year of eventing.
* Schools Equestrian Games Eventing Championships – the Prestigious Schools Eventing series to find the Schools eventing champions.
Championships 21st -22nd September – Dauntsey Park, Wiltshire. 80, 90 & 100cm

Rules
No Horse/Pony to go round more than twice. The Organiser reserves the right to: cancel any class, alter the advertised time, refuse entry without stating a reason and alter the course if necessary.
ELIMINATED RIDERS MUST LEAVE THE COURSE AND RETURN AT WALK. ON NO ACCOUNT MAY THEY CONTINUE
Neither the Soham and District Branch of the Pony Club, nor the Organising Committee of the Hunter Trial, nor any person acting on their behalf accept liability for any accidents, damage, injury to horses/ponies, owners, riders, grooms, ground spectators or any person or property whatsoever.
Prizes & Prize Giving
PRIZES: Trophy to the winner and rosettes to 10th place in each section, plus Best Soham Rosette.

DOGS TO BE KEPT ON LEADS AT ALL TIMES
REFRESHMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE HUNGRY FILLY
