Refund before Withdrawal date in Full, After Withdrawal date refund minus an admin fee of £0.40
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £0.40 (Booking fees are non refundable)

Additional Details
A longer route of approx 10 miles or short of 3 miles. The clocks go back today so please no late arrivals. Last horse away by 11am, thats 11am not 12pm No toilets and or refreshments, so remember to bring your own. Hardstanding and organised parking. Please follow the marshalls instructions so we can get you all on. Check in before, bring your horses passport. They will be checked and all vacs up to date. no passport or no vacs, no insurance, no ride sorry. Fancy dress is not obligatory but its fun and there will be prizes to be won! Our photographer is Ruth idiepics Saunsby. Lastly……this years ride will be different than last year, we have moved the route again and it’s fabulous! Enjoy it and have fun!!
