Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes

Refund before Withdrawal date in Full, After Withdrawal date refund minus an admin fee of £5.50
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Attendees should endeavour to look after their on personal items, the SDBPC accept no responsibility for any lost, misplaced or broken items whilst on site at the venue.
likewise owners leave their vehicles in the onsite carpark at their discretion.
Team information
Teams; are to be made up of a minimum of 3 people with a maximum of 8 per team!
Enter your team on the night at the Quiz desk no later than 6.30pm..
Make sure you have a good team name!!
Disclaimer
Mobile Phones-
During the Quiz (only) we ask for sportsperson-like behaviour and that all mobile phones are placed in the plastic box which will be placed in the middle of the tables (these will be verified shut by a PC official and tape placed over the box to seal)
we mean business 🙂 haha!
Competition Format
5 rounds of different general knowledge topics to be had..
Team with the best score after the 5 rounds wins £50!!
the runner up team gets £25..
the team with the worst score gets a wooden spoon & a toilet roll!!!
Terms and Conditions
we aim to run a fair fun social event, and by being in attendance you accept the following terms;
- Alcohol- will only be consumed on the premises by adults aged 18 and over.
- only alcohol purchased from the Wortley House hotel will be consumed onsite.
- no smoking/vaping inside or onsite unless in the designated areas.
- we have a zero abuse policy; any such behaviour at the event you and any accompanying persons will be asked to leave; and the ‘episode’ investigated, logged and dealt with according to Pony club policy.
- Drink driving: we reserve the right to report any persons believed to be under the influence of alcohol and attempting to drive a vehicle; that we will remove the vehicles keys and report them directly to the police via 999.
- No children under the age of 16 are to attend the event without a responsible appointed adult.
- partial refunds will be issued on cancelled pre-sold tickets from 1/11/2024 12noon- upto 24 hours before the event, at this point no refunds issued- this is to ensure the pre-ordered catering can be paid in full.
