In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Pony Club Mounted Games Demonstration kindly sponsored by INT Fabrications Co Ltd
Rosettes and a commemorative plaque to all competitors, sashes to the winning teams/pair.
Novice and junior teams of 4 or 5 PC members Senior Pairs
The Novice class is for less experienced junior members,under 10, in their first year of games. They are often led or have an assistant on the ground. They should not have won a competition (unless on lead rein and therefore cannot compete in junior class). It is aimed at introducing younger members to games whilst allowing them to be assisted if required.
Entry fee: Teams – £75 / team Pairs – £50 / pair
A mix of Area and Zones Games, final only (no heats)
Team Declarations on the day using pony club declaration form please.
Team trainer / stewards briefing at aprox 1pm
Terms and Conditions
- Legal Liability: Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis
- Health & Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards
- The event will be run under Pony Club Mounted Games Rules 2024 and it is the responsibility of the competitors to make sure that they understand and adhere to the rules.
- The event venue stipulates all horses/ponies entering the event site must comply with 2024 Pony Club vaccination rules – passports must accompany all horses/ponies and spot checks may be undertaken – no horse or pony to have been vaccinated within 7 days of the event.
- Please ensure that the riding hat is tagged in line with the pony club rules (pink tags).
- The organisers’ reserve the right to alter, amend or cancel any class / amalgamate sections where there are insufficient entries or split classes if oversubscribed and reserve the right to disqualify anyone for misuse of the whip or spurs, dangerous riding or any horse/pony in poor or lame condition, and to refuse any entry for any reason at their sole discretion..
- The event will follow 2024 withdrawal and abandonment Rule 7 and 8 regarding refunds – If a member, branch or centre withdraws a team or individual prior to the closing date for a competition, a full refund of entry will be made by horse-events, less an administration charge. Withdrawals after the closing date for competition will not be refunded.
- NO prams/pushchairs, wheelchairs or mobility vehicles allowed in any warm up area or horse walks
