In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded minus an admin fee of [admin-fee] per horse and rider combination (Booking fees are non refundable)

Entry fee – Class entry fees 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 8 & 9 RMPC members £12 per class and non-members £14 per class. Classes 4 & 7 (per pair) RMPC members £14 and non-members £16.
Maximum 3 entries per rider/pony combination.
Entries limited in each class.
Each class will be single phase. Last few jumps on the course will be timed. Fastest rider with the least faults is the winner. Run under the Pony Club Show Jumping Rules 2023.
All entries are subject to a non-refundable booking fee which will be stated online on a per class basis

If you would like to change the class please email info@horse-events.co.uk and if there is space available we will do this for you.
Rosettes to 10th place and prizes. Clear round rosettes to all clears in Classes 1 & 2. There will also be a prize for the best festive fancy dress in each class. Costumes must be safe to jump in.
RULES & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. All riders MUST wear protective hats to Pony Club standards at all times when mounted. Body protectors advisable. Please see the current hat/body protector rules on the Pony Club website—www.pcuk.org.
2. The Judge’s decision is final.
3. Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of any event to which these rules apply, nor the pony club, nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses , owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by negligence , breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.
4. The organisers reserve the right to cancel and alter classes, refuse entries without explanation and to disqualify competitors.
5. No entry money will be refunded after close of entries without a Vet/Doctor’s certificate.
6. No entry will be accepted without the appropriate fee.
7. Objection may be raised within 15 minutes of the incident, in writing, accompanied by a deposit of £10, returnable if the objection is upheld.
8. All dogs must be on a short lead.
9. All horses/ponies must be 4yrs old or over on the day of the event.
10. No horse or pony to be tied to a trailer or lorry unattended.

Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
