No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £2.50 (Booking fees are non refundable)

All dogs must be kept on short leads.

For Health & Safety reasons it is a requirement that all competitors abide by the following Rules & Regulations

1. Run under under Pony Club rules for Tetrathlon competitions 2024.

2. Entries booked online by Wednesday 1^st September 2024. NO LATE OR TELEPHONE ENTRIES.

3. Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of any event to which these rules apply, nor the Pony Club, nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.

4. THE JUDGE’S DECISION IS FINAL

5. In the event of cancellation a proportion of the entry fee per competitor will be retained.

6. The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organiser and all Officials and Stewards.

7. Any objection must be made in writing via the Team Manager to the secretary within 15 minutes of the incident and be accompanied by a £10 deposit, which will be returned only if the objection is upheld.
