Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes

No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £3.00 (Booking fees are non refundable)

Age of Competitor

Open – Riders over 11 at the beginning of the calendar year.

Seniors – Riders under 15 at the beginning of the calendar year.

Juniors – Riders under 11 at the beginning of the calendar year.

Minis – Riders under 9 at the beginning of the calendar year.

Competition Format

Riders must be current members (at the date of the competition) of their Pony Club.

Minis – can be on or off the lead rein. Please state which on the entry form and we’ll split the sections accordingly.

Provisional timetable for pairs & teams – Junior, Mini, Senior, Open.

We will put out times nearer the day, depending on entries. CLASSES TO BE RUN UNDER PONY CLUB MOUNTED GAMES RULE BOOK 2024/25 (BUT WITH A RELAXED SPIN).

Dress

Hats must comply with the current Pony Club standards and be appropriately tagged.

Please provide your own hat bands. There may be some available to borrow but we would ask for a donation to The Air Ambulance.

No jewellery/hoodies to be worn.

Entry Conditions

You MUST provide 2 helpers per team/pair otherwise your children don’t get to compete. If you can’t, you must let organisers know in advance so provision can be made. If not provided we will deduct 5 points from your pair/team.

No videoing in the arena when doing equipment etc.

Parking

Parking will be tight – please follow the stewards’ directions (7.5 ton and over lorries only in top concrete car park, small lorries/trailers in bottom field/sand school) and leave once your class has finished.

Terms and Conditions

RULES & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

We expect everyone (member/parents/organisers) to follow the Pony Club Code of Conduct as per this link – https://pcuk.org/members-code-of-conduct/

Children are the responsibility of their parent/guardian at all times and are expected to be polite and courteous. This is a working farm so no climbing/running around.

No Dogs Allowed.

All classes will be run under Pony Club Mounted Games rules 2024/25.

No jewellery/hoodies to be worn.

No horse or pony shall be left unattended or tied to a trailer/horse box unless supervised by a responsible person. Clear up all rubbish, droppings, dropped hay from around your vehicle either in the lorry park or trailer park.
