No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

- ALL riders MUST wear protective hats to Pony Club standards at all times when mounted. Please see the current hat rules on the Pony Club website—www.pcuk.org.
- The Judge’s decision is final.
- Whips are allowed.
- Please print numbers for number bibs or use bridle numbers once times are released.
- The organisers have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents and MUST obey the instructions of the organisers and all the official stewards.
- Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of any event to which these rules apply, nor the pony club, nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses , owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by negligence , breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.
- The organisers reserve the right to cancel and alter classes, refuse entries without explanation and to disqualify competitors.
- No entry money will be refunded.
- No entry will be accepted without the appropriate fee.
- All times are approximate. Whilst every effort will be made to keep within these, the organisers cannot be held responsible for any deviation.
- Objection may be raised within 15 minutes of the incident, in writing, accompanied by a deposit of £10, returnable if the objection is upheld.
- RDA members my enter any class regardless of the child’s age and may be led in any class.
- Clear round show jumping will run under Pony Club Rules 2024.
- ALL dogs must be on a short lead.
- Please be aware that there are footpaths on the farm and that walkers have priority.
- All horses/ponies must be 4yrs old or over on the day of the competition.
- No horse or pony to be tied to a trailer or lorry unattended.
- Please make sure you pick up all poo and take your litter home with you.
- SAE’s must be provided if you would like us to forward dressage sheets and rosettes.
- The Pony Club is committed to ensuring that, whenever possible, members are able to access all aspects of the Branch and Centre activities we offer. Reasonable Adjustments are any actions that help to reduce the effect of a disability or difficulty. Any requests for Reasonable Adjustment must be made by the closing date of entries.
