Fences approx. 60cm. Entry fee £12 per pair. May not compete in classes 4 to 6.
Fences approx. 70cm in the 1st round.
Fences approx. 70cm. One round against the clock.
Fences approx. 80cm. Entry fee £12 per pair. Fastest pair with least faults wins.
Fences approx. 80cm in 1st round.

Fences approx. 80cm to 90cm. The course will be ready for inspection at 8.30am. Competitors must be ready to jump at 9.00am.

Fences approx. 30cm. Jump one round on pony (led or unled) then rider dismounts and jumps a round with the dog. Fastest clear round wins. Dogs on leads.
Very low jumps – under 30cm. One round only. To be judged on style. Points will be deducted for jumping faults. Competitors may be led and may not compete in Ring 1.
Fences approx. 40cm. Competitors may be led or assisted. Rosettes to all unplaced double clears.
Fences not exceeding 50cm. Competitors may be helped but not led. Rosettes for all unplaced double clears.
Fences 40-50cms. 1st rider jumps first half of course. 2nd rider finishes course. Fastest clear wins.

No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded minus an admin fee of £2.00 per horse and rider combination (Booking fees are non refundable)

Ring FIVE ENTRIES FOR EACH CLASS/GYMKHANA RACE IN RING 5 ARE £2.50 OR 5 ENTRIES FOR £10 – enter on the day only HANDY PONY COMPETITION 10.00AM TO 12.00PM Medals will be awarded to the fastest times of the day in the following categories: 1) Leading rein 6 and under 2) Leading rein 7 and over 3) Unled under 10 4) Unled over 10 5) Bareback Competitors may enter as many times as they wish but only their fastest score will be taken into account. You must specify which category you wish to compete in before entering the ring. Rosettes to 6th place to be collected from the Secretary after 1.00pm. COMMENCING AT 12.30PM FANCY DRESS (OPEN) Rosettes for all. MOST HANDSOME GELDING In-hand only PRETTIEST MARE In-hand only GYMKHANA EVENTS (After Most Handsome Gelding/Prettiest Mare) Medals will be awarded to the competitor gaining the most points in each section: 1) Lead rein (walk and trot only) 2) 9 and under 3) 12 and under 4) Open All sections will have 4 races and a consolation. The consolation race is for those who have not won a rosette in the other races.

Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club, nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses , owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by negligence , breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.
ALL riders MUST wear protective hats to Pony Club standards at all times when mounted.Please see the current hat rules on the Pony Club website—www.pcuk.org. 2. The Judge’s decision is final. 3. The leading rein riders may only compete in classes 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 19, 20, 21, Fancy dress,Leading rein gymkhana events and leading rein handy pony. 4. No whips or spurs in Gymkhana events. 5. Objection may be raised within 15 minutes of the incident, in writing, accompanied by a deposit of £10, returnable if the objection is upheld. 11. RDA members my enter any class regardless of the child’s age and may be led in any class. 12. No pony/rider combination to have won more than £30 at a metre or above is eligible to compete, show jumping will run under Pony Club Rules 2024. 13. ALL dogs must be on a short lead. 14. Please be aware that there is are footpaths on the farm and that walkers have priority. 15. A deposit of £10 will be required before any cups can be awarded (cups only to RMPC members.) 16. All horses/ponies must be 4yrs old or over on the day of the show. 17. No horse or pony to be tied to a trailer or lorry unattended.
