Refund minus an admin fee of £15 up until Withdrawal date. After the Withdrawal date only refund if replaced from the wait list.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £15 (Booking fees are non refundable)

• Entry Fees. All classes £70 for Fernie Pony Club members, £80 for all others.
• All entries will be subject to a non-refundable booking fee (charged by horse-events, which will be stated online on a per class basis) in addition to the Entry Fee.
• There are no separate start or paramedic fees.
• Entry fees will not be refunded for withdrawals after the closing date of entries (14th June 2024).
Prizes in kind to 3rd place and rosettes to 8th place in all classes. In all classes there will be Best Dressage rosettes also Double Clear rosettes to all who jump clear in both show jumping and cross country.
• The course will be open for inspection on Friday 21st June from 2pm until 9pm.
• Times will be posted on www.ponyclubresults.co.uk no later than Friday 21st June 2024.

Rules and Entries
• The organisers reserve the right to alter or cancel classes.
• The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry for a competitor at their discretion.
• Entries close at 23.00 hours on Friday 14th June 2024. Classes will close earlier if full.
• In the unlikely event of abandonment of the event, £15 per entry will be retained by the Fernie Pony Club to contribute towards costs.
This event is a Qualifier for the Horse Events National Unaffiliated SEG & Young Horse Eventing Championships 2024 Incorporating:
* Amateur ONLY classes – Riders must meet eligibility criteria to ensure a true amateur class
* Open class for young horses – open to all levels of rider with horse 4, 5 or 6 years in their 1st or 2nd year of eventing.
* Schools Equestrian Games Eventing Championships – the Prestigious Schools Eventing series to find the Schools eventing champions.

Health & Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
Insurance: Competitors who are not members of The Pony Club are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party cover. The Fernie Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non-Members and their insurance will not cover you
