Broadstone Equestrian have been very kind to allow us to use their fantastic facilities at such short notice. The yard is kept to a very high standard so I ask that we please do our best to keep it tidy! Please can everyone ensure they follow the housekeeping rules below.

Refund all entries in full any time up until the date of the event.

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Housekeeping rules for the day;
• Haynets must NOT be tied outside of trailers/horseboxes.
• All hay, straw & shavings around your trailer/horsebox must be fully cleaned up before leaving. • ALL droppings in the arenas, carpark and walkways should be fully cleaned up immediately.
• Please take all litter home with you.
• NO dogs allowed.
• Do not stand, climb or sit on any of the fencing.
• Do not let your horse touch the arena mirrors.
• Please report any damage immediately to staff onsite.
• Do not walk, drive or allow horses on any of the grass
