Refund before Withdrawal date in Full, After Withdrawal date refund minus an admin fee of £1.00
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Terms and Conditions
All riders aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Please arrive after 9am
Please check in with the secretary at the start and end of ride.
You are responsible for your own safety while riding the fun ride and jumping.
We, including the landowners, Seavington hunt supporters’ club and stewards will not be liable for accidents, injuries, illness, loss or damage to any riders, property, horses, vehicles or any other belongings whatsoever and however caused whether by negligence or otherwise.
Participants to have their own personal and public liability insurance in place and hold valid horse passports.
No horse or pony under the age of 4.
All tack must be appropriate and in good repair.
Hard hats and suitable footwear must be worn at all times. Although body protectors are not mandatory, we recommend wearing them if you intend to jump.
Please ride the route and jumps in a sensible way, compatible with your level of experience. Jumps are of varying heights and nature. Please only take them on if they are within you and your horse’s experience and ability.
Please be considerate to other ponies, horses, riders and spectators at all times and respect their space. ie overtake with caution , consultation.and their permission to do so.
No dogs on the course. Dogs in the trailer park to be on leads.
