In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel no entries will be refunded.

There are military discounts for serving military personnel and their dependants. Please enter in the Military Sections.
If you are entering the Military classes as serving military personnel please ensure that you have added your military details in the notes section.
PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO SEPARATE CLASSES FOR MILITARY AND CIVILLIANS – you will all compete together in the same class but a rosette will be awarded separately to the highest placed serving military rider in that class.

COURSE WALK The course will be open on Saturday 25th May 2024 2.00 p.m. – 4.00 p.m. Gates are locked at 5pm and NOT reopened until 7.00 a.m. Sunday 26th May 2024 – you can walk the course on the day.
HORSE EVENTS NATIONAL UNAFFILIATED EVENTING CHAMPIONSHIP QUALIFIER • Championship 21st and 22nd September at Dauntsey Park Horse Trials • Top 8 in each class at 80, 90 & 100 qualify – (Must complete with no faults XC) • Please select if you are eligible when entering online. • More information regarding the championship can be found at https://www.horse-events.co.uk/horse-events-unaffiliated-eventing-championships/
WESSEX CONNEMARA PERFORMANCE DAY Incorporating the Wessex Connemara Performance Day; at each height sections (60-100cm) there will be rosettes (1st-6th) for the highest placed registered Connemara or Part bred Connemara competing. Please indicate when entering that you are wishing to be eligible for these prizes in the comments section. There is NO additional entry fee. Ponies must be entered in their registered names. RULES AND CONDITIONS • This event will be run in accordance with the Horse Events Competition rules, except where stated otherwise in this schedule. See their website for the rules. – Horse – Events Eventing Rule Book 2023 • VACCINATIONS: ANNUAL • HAT RULE: All competitors must wear an approved jockey skull to a current following standard Pony Club and British Riding Club hat standards 2023 British and European: PAS 015 (2011) and VG1, all with BSI Kitemark American: ASTM F1163: 2004a onwards with SEI mark, Snell E2016 Australia and New Zealand: AS/NZS 3838 2006 onwards with SAI Global mark • Body Protectors must be worn for the XC phase. Air jackets are optional. • All body protectors need to comply with the BETA 2018 Level 3 which has a blue and black label. • Gloves must be worn. • Competitors must provide their own bibs and print out their own numbers. • The decision of the judges will be final. • The Organisers reserve the right to cancel the event or alter timings of phases & to divide or amalgamate classes according to entries or to refuse entry for any reason whatsoever. This will be published on our website and social media channels @racsaddleclub. • If you would like to edit your horse or rider details before the closing date of the event please login to your Horse Events account and edit your booking under the ‘MY BOOKING’ Tab • If you would like to change the class please email info@horse-events.co.uk and if there is space available we will do this for you. • For ALL changes of horse and rider substitutions after the closing date there is a £5 charge please fill out the following form online at: https://www.horseevents.co.uk/rider-horse-substitutions-form/ • No horse/pony may compete in more than 1 class. Riders may not compete more than 4 horses per day. • Dressage sheets will not be released until final class results are announced. Rosettes and dressage sheets can be sent out to winners. Please bring with you a large stamped self-addressed envelope with you and place in the bin outside the dressage warm up arena
