Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
In the event of a team entering the Championships and subsequently withdrawing, the expectation must be that the entry fee will not be refunded. However, in some situations some refund may be made at the discretion of the chairman.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel no entries will be refunded.

Terms and Conditions
There will be some samples to view at Black Bears – pls come to the gazebo next to the commentary box. All orders will be ready for collection at Cowdray, maybe Longdole if you order ASAP.
We will be carrying extra stock at Cowdray but cannot guarantee size/colour.
