Terms and Conditions
All children under 16 MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult.
All children remain the responsibility of their parent/guardian throughout the trip.
Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow any instructions from organisers or coach staff. Anyone causing disruption may be refused travel.
To minimise cars left at Nuthill Farm during the day please car share or arrange lifts where possible!
Refunds may be offered at the organiser’s discretion if a replacement can be found.
If the event is cancelled by HOYS or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, national emergency), we will follow their refund policy.
Coach departure times will be confirmed in due course (approx 7.30am). Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Return journey will leave HOYS at approximately 6pm (again i will confirm this). We cannot wait for late attendees.
Group tickets are allocated by HOYS and cannot be exchanged or upgraded.
The organisers accept no liability for loss or damage to personal property or for personal injury unless caused by negligence. It is the responsibility of each attendee to ensure they have suitable personal insurance, if desired.
