MINI CLASS
Teams to comprise of three members aged 10 years and under. One member to be 8 years or under.
Questions will be based on the Care section of the E, D and the easier parts of D+ test syllabi and associated equine care mini achievement badges
JUNIOR CLASS
Teams to comprise of three members aged 14 years and under. One member to be 11 years or under.
Questions will be based on the Care section of the D+, C and C+ test syllabi and associated equine care achievement badges
SENIOR CLASS
Teams to comprise of three members. One member to be 16 years or under. Of the remaining two members, one may be between 21 and 24 years.
Questions will be based on the Care sections for the B and AH test syllabi and associated equine care advanced achievement badges.
Confirm team members upon arrival on the day with the scorer in the ground floor classroom of the indoor school
Ages as on 1/1/25
Provisional timetable is Minis and Juniors in the morning and Seniors in the afternoon.
Entry Fees: Junior & Senior £69/team, Mini £54/team
The number of teams qualifying for the Blue Cross National Final at the Pony Club Championships in August at Offchurch Bury, Leamington Spa will depend on the number of teams entered.
Combined teams can enter with the appropriate approvals in place.
One team member can compete in a different section as well if eligible.

Prize for the outstanding individual competitor in each section
Keep all children under close supervision. They cannot go in any of the buildings, yards or schools except when in the actual competition. Take extra care in the car park areas
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. This competition will be run under Pony Club Horse & Pony Care Rules in the Horsemanship Rulebook 2025 available from Amazon or download from www.pcuk.org . All competitors must be PC members.
2. Competitors should dress in an appropriate manner suitable for safe working in the stable environment i.e. Centre/Branch sweatshirt, PC tagged (pink tag) riding hats when handling horses and gloves where appropriate.
3. No refunds after the closing date of April 12th. Should the competition be cancelled a full refund will be made less the booking fee.
4. Complaints must be made to the secretary within 15mins of the results being posted with £25 refundable only if the complaint is upheld.
5. All visitors to Derby College must abide by the rules and agree to only access designated public areas.
6. Please note this is a no smoking/vaping site throughout.
7. Dogs are not permitted anywhere on the site.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
