CLASS 2 MIXED TADPOLES - 9 YEARS AND UNDER
£20.00 + non-refundable booking fee (charged per ticket).
May be split Boys/Girls if sufficient numbers Children must be 8 years old on the day to shoot Static targets with two hands from 7m. Swim 2 minutes. Run 1000m.
CLASS 3 MINIMUS GIRLS - 11 YEARS AND UNDER

Turning targets with two hands from 7m. Swim 2 minutes. Run 1000m.
CLASS 4 MINIMUS BOYS - 11 YEARS AND UNDER

CLASS 5 JUNIOR GIRLS - 14 YEARS AND UNDER

CLASS 7 OPEN GIRLS - 25 YEARS AND UNDER

CLASS 8 OPEN BOYS – 25 YEARS AND UNDER

Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Organiser poldenhillsevents@gmail.com
Refunds
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
Event Cancelled by Organiser
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £1.00 (Booking fees are non refundable)

Rules
RULES
• All classes will be judged in accordance with the Pony Club Tetrathlon Rule Book 2023.
• Scores will be displayed throughout the day on Pony Club Live Scores
● Any complaints to be made by Team Managers, to official organisers only.
● The organisers reserve the right to alter any class or combine classes without prior notice if they feel this is necessary.
PLEASE PARK IN DESIGNATED PARKING AREAS ONLY
DO NOT PARK ON ANY GRASS
DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON SITE
NO MUDDY SHOES INSIDE THE BUILDINGS
All SHOES MUST BE REMOVED IN THE SWIMMING POOL AREA
Prizes & Prize Giving
Rosettes.
The first 6 individuals in all classes and first 6 teams in combined classes
Best in each phase.
Best Polden Hills Pony Club member in each class.
Each Club may make up teams of 4 from Classes 1-4 combined and
Classes 5-8 combined.
No mixed teams will be created.

Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, the organisers of this event, the pony club, Taunton School, or any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, accepts no liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to competitors, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.
Entries are only accepted on this basis.

The Organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the Organiser and all Officials and Stewards
