Withdrawal Date: 21/03/2025

No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

After the closing date please contact the event Organiser info@cffunrides.com to make any changes

Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. If a refund is due this will be processed automatically. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Organiser info@cffunrides.com

Important Information

• • All riders will be allocated a start time – please be ready to leave at your assigned set off time.
  • You must park as directed by the stewards. Please note that cars may be parked in a separate area from horseboxes / trailers, a short distance away, so to save yourself carrying your tack across a field please travel with your tack in the same vehicle as your horse if possible.
  • If you fall off and need assistance please ring 07585 602438.
  • Be considerate to other riders – if you need to go past please ask to do so, and pass at walk.
  • Stay on the marked route, following the signs and orange arrows. Do not enter any sections that are taped off with red and white tape, and stay off any parts of a field that are seeded with crops.
  • Please note there will be no toilet facilities at the ride.
  • Walkers are allowed to accompany riders; dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

Terms and Conditions

• • No refunds will be given for withdrawals made within the 7 days before the ride.
  • You must book and pay online in advance.
  • All riders must have read and agree to the Rider Declaration.
  • All horses must be healthy and fit enough for the ride and suitable for their riders, both in temperament and size.
  • You must only attempt jumps that are within you and your horse’s capability.
  • CF Fun Rides reserve the right to refuse a rider from starting the ride if they are not ready to leave within 15 minutes of their assigned set off time.

Rider Declaration

By arriving on site at the fun ride and taking part I declare that:

1. 1. I am fit to participate in this fun ride event.
   2. All horses are healthy, fit enough for the ride, and suitable for their riders both in temperament and size.
   3. I agree to only attempt jumps that are within mine and my horse’s capability.
   4. I acknowledge that horse riding has a risk of physical injury but I fully accept responsibility for all such risks as a condition of participating in this fun ride event.
   5. I understand and accept that the organisers of this event cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage however caused.
   6. I understand the organisers reserve the right to refuse my entry or to ask me to leave the grounds or course without giving any reason.
   7. I agree to indemnify the organisers for all claims, losses and expenses of any sort arising by my breach of the above conditions unauthorised acts or otherwise.
