In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel 50% of your entry fee will be refunded, minus any Booking fees.

Team declaration forms to be hand to the organiser on the day of the competition.
•To be run in accordance with Pony Club Mounted Games Rules 2025.
• A valid passport and vaccination record must accompany the pony to this event and must be presented for inspection by event officials with the declaration form.
• Each Branch/Centre must nominate two line stewards per team (please refer to 2025 Mounted Games Rule Book).
• When entering a team please include team name and colours.
Event Directions
How to get there:
The venue is accessed through Towneley Park from the main entrance off the A671. There is no access from the A646.

Refreshments will be available on the day.
