Unfortunately, due to the huge amount of rain we have had on site today we have had to make the very sad decision to cancel our Hunter Trial. Start 9:30am. Entry Fee: £30 OS&BPC members per pair, £34 non-members per pair. Both Pairs must be OS&B PC Members to gain discount if one is not a member please enter as non members
To follow Class 1. Entry Fee: £16 OS&BPC members, £19 non-members
To follow Class 2. Entry Fee: £32 OS&BPC members per pair, £38 non-members per pair. Both Pairs must be OS&B PC Members to gain discount if one is not a member please enter as non members

No entry fees will be refunded without a doctors’ or veterinary certfcate.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £5.00 (Booking fees are non refundable)

The course may be walked between 1pm and 7pm Saturday 28th September.
Rosetes to 8th place in each class. Prize giving will take place at the end of each class.
Rosetes must be collected on the day – they will not be posted out.

All equines must be accompanied by a valid passport with a valid annual fu vaccinaton.
Hard Hats conforming to PC/BE Standards MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES with the chin straps done up when mounted. No fixed peaks.
Body Protectors conforming to PC/BE Standards MUST BE WORN WHEN JUMPING – BETA 2018.
Competitors using body protectors that require a key MUST lodge that key with the Event Secretary on the day.
If Air Jackets are worn, they MUST be worn over a body protector conforming to the above standards.
Medical Armbands MUST BE WORN IF COMPETING ALONE.
Hair must be tied back securely above the shoulders in a safe manner to avoid the risk of hair being caught and to prevent scalp injuries. Hair must not obscure the competitor’s number.
No stopwatches, drones, earpieces or headcams are allowed. Competitors must proceed directly from the final fence to the finish.
The wearing of jewellery is not recommended and if worn is entriely the responsibility of the rider or their parent/guardian. Dangling necklaces, bracelets and piercings are not allowed due to the risk of them being caught.
