In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded minus an admin fee of £5.00 per horse and rider combination (Booking fees are non refundable)

- Entries will close on Monday 23rd December. There will be no refunds after the close of entries without a vet’s or doctor’s certificate or unless replaced by waitlist. Enter online at www.horse-events.co.uk
- All entries are subject to a non-refundable booking fee which will be stated online on a per class basis.
- Late entries will be accommodated if available. Please enter through Horse Events.

- Approximate start times will be available on Friday 27th December 2024 at www.horse-events.co.uk
- All classes will be run as single phase with the second half of the course to be timed.
- Course Walks will take place prior to the start and at regular intervals throughout the day.
- No entries can be made after the start of the relevant class. All classes are open to adults and children.
- Combinations cannot take part in more than two classes per day. Horses cannot take part more than once in each class or in more than three classes on the day.
- In the event of cancellation, £5 of the entry fee will be retained to defray costs. No refunds after the closing date unless replaced by waitlist.
- After the relevant closing date no substitution may be made of horses or riders except in the case of illness, lameness or other unavoidable circumstances which must be certified in writing to the secretary. No substitutions once the class starts.
- If you would like to edit your horse or rider details change class or cancel your entry before the closing date of the event please login to your Horse Events account and edit your booking under the ‘EDIT ENTRY ’ tab.
- For ALL changes of horse or rider substitutions after the closing date there is a £5 charge – please fill out the following form online at:

- When not being ridden all horses/ponies must be kept to the horse box park or collecting rings. No exercising in the car/lorry park, or among spectators.
- No lunging in the lorry park.
- No horses/ponies to be tied to trailers or lorries.
- All hay and droppings to be cleared before departure
- No dogs allowed.
- All horses and ponies must be fully vaccinated against equine flu within the past 12 months, according to the Pony Club Vaccination rules. Spot checks may be made.
- The Organisers reserve the right to refuse an entry, restrict entries and make alterations when necessary.
- Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Clubnor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accept any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
- The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
- All non-Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third-party cover. The Old Berkshire Hunt Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non-Members and their insurance will not cover you.
- The Judge’s decision is final. Objections must be made in writing within 10 minutes of the results being published with a deposit of £20, refunded if objection is upheld.
- All Classes will run in accordance with The Pony Club Show Jumping 2024 Rule Book
