Competitors may only enter two jumping classes in Ring 1. Classes 1 & 2 will be judged on a bogey time so only one round will be jumped (closest to the bogey time will win). Classes 3 – 5 will run as single phase classes – course in two parts with second part timed. Competitors to jump both parts unless eliminated. Faults to be accumulated.

Homemade costumes please. All competitors must wear an approved riding hat. Rosettes to all competitors.

Working Hunter Championship will follow straight after Class 13 – 1st and 2nd places from Classes 11, 12 and 13 will qualify.

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Availble on the day: Variety of food and drink. Toilets First aiders on site Vet/farrier on call NO WATER ON SITE. Please ensure you bring sufficient supply for your horse/pony needs.
Correct Pony Club attire including hairnets must be worn. Hats to current Pony Club standard with a current tag for PC members must be worn. Body protectors are recommended for show jumping and Working Hunter Classes.
* Maximum age of entrant 12 years old on 1st January 2024. Ponies may only be ridden by competitors and not by adults on the showground. No minimum age. All children, whether riding or accompanying, are the sole responsibility of parents/guardians/adults.
All classes can be entered on the day, additional fee of £2 per class applies. Some classes can only be entered on the day (no additional fee!) including the Gymkhana and clear rounds. Enter at ringside. Please bring cash.
RULES AND REGULATIONS OF ENTRY
1. Health & Safety Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
2. Legal Liability Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
3. Maximum age of entrant 12 years old on 1st January 2024. Ponies may only be ridden by competitors and not by adults on the showground. No lunging on the showground.
4. All horses/ponies must be vaccinated against equine influenza which complies with the conditions found here: https://pcuk.org/officials/health-and-safety/equine-welfare-and-veterinary/.
All horses/ponies must have their passports with them. Spot checks will be made

8. The organisers reserve the right to cancel the show, alter classes, judges, time or any of the published information. In the event of a cancellation, entry fees will be refunded less a £1 non-refundable booking fee.
9. Horses, ponies and riders must be 4 years and over.
10. No horses, ponies or children to be left unattended.
11. Please clear up any droppings by lorry/trailer prior to leaving.
12. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.
