Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes

Withdrawal Date: 08/02/2025

Refund minus an admin fee of £25.00 up until Withdrawal date. After the Withdrawal date only refund if replaced from the wait list.

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £25.00 (Booking fees are non refundable)

    • The organisers nor the venue supplier do not accept liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horse/pony, their owners, riders, spectators, officials, land, vehicles or their contents. Riders and officials take part at their own risk.
    • All riders and their helpers are expected to show sportsmanship behaviour while on the showgrounds.
    • The organisers reserve the right to alter the programme as deemed necessary and according to entries.
    • Parking and riding in designated areas only.
    • Helmets on and always fastened when riding.
